The Ricoh Arena is situated right in the heart of the country; it has the most disabled-accessible
exhibition halls in the UK and thousands of parking spaces next to the doors.
The Ricoh Arena is outside Coventry, directly on junction 3 of the M6, with the
M1, M40, M42, M69 (and NEC) all within 20 minutes. No other venue in the UK combines
such an excellent location and easy parking.
FREE PARKING
All parking is free to visitors, is all on one level and is immediately next to the building.

Travelling by train?
The railway station for the Ricoh Arena is the main Coventry railway station, which is in the City Centre and approximately 6 miles away.
Free shuttle bus service from the station:
These will run from Coventry Station to the Ricoh Arena on both days of the show, Friday & Saturday. There will be signs outside the station for the enABLE bus stop with the timetable of the buses displayed next to it.

Sign interpreters:
2 sign interpreters will be available at the show - please contact us prior as services are booked on a first come basis. Email us on marketing@enableshow.co.uk
Mobility Scooters:
Mobility scooters are available to hire – there is no charge for this service, just a donation to charity. Visitors can collect these from stand 803 within the hall.
Facilities within Seminar Theatres:
Both theatres are in the main hall and are on one level.
Both theatres have hearing loops in them.
Toilets:
There are plenty of disabled facilities within the hall and venue.
Baby Changing:
Baby changing facilities are located near the Food Court area in the far left hand corner of the show.
Refreshments:
Refreshment points are located at the rear of the show on the left, and at various points at the front.
Seating areas:
There are various seating areas around the show.
