Our Mission To expand the employment opportunities for disabled people in sustainable employment with Remploy and the communities it serves.

Remploy's purpose is to significantly increase the employment opportunities of disabled people and those who experience complex barriers to work. Employment Services Remploy provides a comprehensive range of employment services to support disabled people and those experiencing complex barriers to work into gaining and retaining sustainable employment.

In addition to our Recruitment services, we have a growing Learning business which helps disabled people to develop transferable skills before entering the job market.

Our rehabilitation solutions for employers, insurers and solicitors are designed to help combat workplace absence, injury and ill health.

Resolve is a flexible outcome-focused package that delivers solutions for employers to manage and resolve long term sickness absence.

Vocational rehabilitation is specifically aimed at insurers and claimant solicitors, to provide resolution-focused rehabilitation services that bring an early closure to claims. We have an expanding UK network of town and city centre branches through which we deliver our tailored services.

The branches are bright and welcoming and provide a professional and supportive environment for every individual that we work with. By 2010, we plan to have a network of 45 branches throughout the UK. We have committed to supporting 20,000 people per year into mainstream employment by 2012/13 and we are on track to achieve this. In 2007/8 we found 6,500 jobs for disabled people and those facing complex barriers to work - an increase of 27% on the previous year.
